I had issues with knowing whether my order had been accepted and paid for and so ordered again, to find that I had two packages arriving.
However Steph on the web chat was very helpful and very quickly told me what I needed to do to send one of the packages back. Sorted!

Absolute terrible company paid hundreds for a scooter and it has turned up faulty and they just keep saying it’s not them and to contact a different company to get sorted

Excellent experience so far with Skatehut, and brilliant customer service from Amy in particular, who handled my case.

Had a slight issue whereby my skates were rubbing against the wheels, but one email later, and they sent me over new bushings to see if that helps.

I have yet to fit them, but the fact that this all happened within a day is amazing, and I will definitely be returning for all of my skating needs!

I have been searching for a Zycom Cruz scooter to replace one purchased for my granddaughter when she was 3 yrs old. She is now almost 7 and absolutely loves this scooter! I replaced the wheels, the brake & the handle bar grips & now it is almost completely worn out. I was not able to find in US & was excited to find @ Skatehut UK. Initially I was told too big to ship to US, however Amy with the Care team escalated to get the shipping concern resolved. Thank you Amy

this site has some very good deals, despite this the site is extremely laggy and the search feature is mostly broken. For example I searched for wheels that were 78a using the filter and only 5 wheels were displayed instead of the large range that they have.

The chat operative, Louisa, was very courteous and extremely helpful. She answered my questions without any fuss and I left the chat with the answers I was looking for.
